Clothes
The history of Shaanxi’s clothing has developed through time and has had many changes. Their traditional clothing includes a cross-collar, wrapping the right lapel over the left, tying it with a sash and a form of blouse with a skirt or long gown. As time went by, the culture of clothing in Shaanxi slowly developed into more modern clothing like jeans and shirts, there isn’t as much of a difference to westerns or everyone else in the world. Women have had a long history of clothing as dresses were influenced and changed by Shaanxi’s culture. Throughout Ancient China dresses have changed and been adapted since the culture in China is constantly growing. Many of the clothing in Shaanxi at that time had symbols printed on both women and menswear, all the symbols are unique and have their own meaning. Tang suits are known as Chinese symbol costumes. Tang women's suits have distinct and cultural ‘traditional fashion’ factors. The symbolic clothes in ancient China were often specific types. They included not only colours, but also styles, patterns, accessories, and so on. The symbols are iconic and are something that will always be remembered. Nowadays, most people don't wear traditional symboled clothes however, people from that time period might still wear traditional clothes since they are from that period.
