Culture of Shaanxi

Shaanxi is a province located in the North-Central of China, the infamous Huang He goes through the eastern border. The capital is Xi’an, the capital is known for the Terracotta Warriors from the Qin Dynasty and it was a key city during Ancient China. Shaanxi has three distinctive regions, the southern mountainous regions, the Wei River valley and the northern plateau. Shaanxi had many significant events like parts of the Great Wall of China getting built there and becoming the capital of the Qin Dynasty. With all these events, Shaanxi grew physically and culturally, Shaanxi is about 200,000 km² and has 37.33 million people. With that many people, traditions and culture blossomed with the language, clothes and religion.
